How to mark onboarding steps as private
Updated over a month ago

You can create internal steps as part of your onboarding. Recipients will not see these, but you and your team will still be able to complete these steps internally (fill out a form or upload files).

Steps can be added to your process or to a live application

Why would you mark some steps as private?

Onboarding steps can be marked as private or internal when you only when team members to complete them.

Eg. Your team needs to fill out a form while managing client records, but you don't want to show it to your end-users.

Adding private steps to a checklist

  1. Click on the Edit button in front of the line item and untick the 'Visible to end-user' checkbox

You will be able to upload files to private file requests and fill out private forms.
