The sub-process feature, allows you to import processes within other processes. This makes a lot of sense when you prefer to build your process, using groups of reusable steps.

Attaching a process to your checklist

  1. Click on the 'Dropdown arrow ▼' on the 'Add new steps' button

  2. Select Attach another process

  3. Choose which process you want to add

Optional: Add your conditional display.

Things to keep in mind when using sub-processes

Remember that a subprocess only serves as a shortcut to another checklist. This means that when you add a sub-process to a main process, the sub-process could lose its advanced properties: automation, stages, condition display etc.

The main process properties will be the default parameters that apply to your workflow.
