While building your Processes, you can add a due date to various sections.
Adding due dates is perfect for those who want to make sure that every process they launch is completed in a timely manner.
The image below shows what people will see when you add a general due date to your process.
Option 1. Setting up a process due date
💡 You can decide to block the end-user's interface once the due date is reached.
Go to your Resources>Processes page
Select the process you need
From the sidebar, click on Configuration>Timeframe and Stages
Set your due date whether as a time duration (Eg. 10 days) or as an exact date (15th of February)
Option 2. Adding a due date to a specific step in the process
Go to your Resources>Processes page
Select the process you need
Click on the Edit button next to the related step of your checklist
Set your due date whether as a time duration or as an exact date
💡 In a live application, overdue steps will have a specific icon. See below.
Option 3. Adding a due date to a specific step in a live application
Go to your Applications page
Select the application you need (You'll see a page similar to the above screenshot)
Click on the Arrow dropdown menu button then on Edit next to the related step of your checklist (Next to the show files button see above)
