While you’re creating a process, you can assign different permissions to Stakeholders.
Provide items | This is the default option. The stakeholder can provide required elements (fill out a form, upload a file, sign a contract, etc.) |
Visualize provided items (not approved) | The stakeholder can have access to the provided items that have not been approved yet. Eg: PDF version of a form, receipt of a payment, signed version of a e-contract, etc. |
Visualize provided items (approved) | The stakeholders can have access to the provided items that have been approved. Eg: PDF version of a form, receipt of a payment, signed version of a e-contract, etc. |
Download the items | The stakeholders can download all the documents in a ZIP or PDF file |
Add secondary stakeholders | The stakeholder can invite another stakeholder directly from his portal. |
