Sometimes, you need to collect the same information in multiple forms. For instance, you could have 3 forms which contain the exact same fields : first name, last name, date of birth :

If you want to avoid the creation of the same fields in each form, you can use the Sub form feature available in the Form builder tool.

1/ Go the library and create the form you would like to be reused.

2/ Go the the destination form and link the previous form using the sub form feature.

3/ Use the same actions to now add you identification form in other forms
