Cancelling completed steps

Assuming that you want to remove altogether one of the files attached to a step. You can do so by removing the files associated with the step. This way, the entire step will go back to the 'missing' step (aka red pill status).

Please note that this doesn't apply to a signed document. Once signed, you'll need to prepare another contract and display it for signature.

Cancelling approvals

If you've already approved a step and want to cancel the approval, you just need to click on the link 'Cancel approval' to move the step back to 'Pending' and allow recipients to take further action on this step.
