How to add a Notes to an application or checklist Step?

Option 1. Adding a note to an application

If you want to add notes to the entire application, this is possible.

  1. From the admin interface, go to your actual client application or record

  2. Click on the application you need to review

  3. From the Sidebar menu, click on Notes

  4. Add your notes

Option 2. Adding a note to a specific onboarding step

Now, let's say that you needed your client or contact to sign a Non-disclosure agreement but now that you received the signed document, you want to capture a few notes on this onboarding step.

With our notes feature, this is very easy to do:

  1. From the admin interface, go to your actual client application or record

  2. Click on the application you need to review

  3. Scroll to the item you need to annotate

  4. Click on Show Notes then add your notes
