Lock or unlock an application anytime

The application locking and unlocking feature offers full control over client access to their applications without having to close it. This option is particularly useful for temporarily suspending client modifications in specific cases, such as when the agent is unavailable or awaiting verification of submitted documents.

How to lock an application ?

  1. Go to your application’s list and select one.

  2. Click on the “End user access” button to lock the application.

  1. Change the message that appears to suit your situation.

  2. Once the button is disabled, your client has no longer access to their application.

How to unlock an application ?

  1. Click on the “End user access” button again to unlock the application.

  2. The client then regains access to their application.

Integration in automations

As a trigger :

Example : Notify a team member when an application is locked.

As an action :

Example : Lock an application as soon as it is pre-validated.
