How to specify the path in your Cloud Storage

Once you’ve connected your cloud storage account, you can define the folder path where your uploaded articles will be stored. This ensures all your files are organized in the correct location.

Steps to Set Your Folder Path

  1. Go to the Cloud Storage Settings page.

  2. Enter the desired folder path where Clustdoc will save your applications (e.g., Clustdoc or Projects/Docs).

  3. Click Save to confirm your preferred path.

Important note : If the specified folder does not exist, it will be created automatically during the upload process.

How to Find the Folder Path in Your Cloud Storage

1. Google Drive

To find the path of a folder in Google Drive:

  • Open Google Drive in your web browser.

  • Navigate through the folders to your target folder.

  • Note the names of each folder leading to the desired folder.

Tips : The path to enter to access the desired folder is: clustdoc/onboarding.

2. OneDrive

To find the path of a folder in OneDrive:

  • Open OneDrive in your web browser.

  • Navigate to the target folder.

  • Option 1: Right-click the folder and select "Details". The folder path will appear in the details pane (excluding the root folder "My files").

  • Option 2: Manually track the folder names as you navigate through the hierarchy.

3. Box

To find the path of a folder in Box:

  • Log in to Box via your web browser.

  • Navigate to the target folder.

  • Note the folder names as you move through the hierarchy to track the path.

4. Dropbox

To find the path of a folder in Dropbox:

  • Open Dropbox in your web browser.

  • Navigate to the target folder.

  • Look at the URL in your browser’s address bar.

  • The path can be inferred from the structure of the URL or manually tracked through the folder hierarchy.

5. FTP

To find the path of a folder on an FTP server:

  • Connect to your FTP server using an FTP client (e.g., FileZilla) or a command-line tool.

  • Navigate through the directories to the target folder.

  • The folder path will be displayed at the top of the FTP client interface, usually in the address bar or directory tree.

    • Example Path: public_html/your-folder/your-file.txt
