Previously, managing invitation messages for new applications required a separate automation. This is no longer necessary, as these default automations have been removed. Now, you simply need to enter the desired messages for each stakeholder, and they will be sent automatically when a folder is created (by a team member or another stakeholder).
Where to enter invitation messages
There are two options for entering default messages:
Option 1: From the stakeholder configuration window
In your procedure, navigate to Configuration > Stakeholderand select the desired stakeholder.
Option 2: From the automation section
In your procedure, navigate to Configuration > Automations and click on the "Invitation messages" button.
Can I modify the invitation messages?
Yes, the default messages are provided, but you can modify them at the time of invitation.
Can I deactivate messages during the invitation process?
Yes, simply uncheck the notification box that appears when a new application is created.
