Welcome to our monday.com x Clustdoc integration page. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you install the Clustdoc app on your monday.com account and what actions you’ll be able to perform with this integration.
How to install the Clustdoc Plugin ?
Go to the monday.com Marketplace
Search for “Clustdoc” in the search bar
Click “Install” and follow the steps to connect your Clustdoc account to your monday.com account.
Setting up the Clustdoc Plugin
Once installed, the Clustdoc app will appear as an Item View in your monday.com board. To access it:
Go to the board you want to use.
Click on an item (=row).
Once the right-side panel is opened > click "Add View".
Select Clustdoc > A new "Clustdoc" tab will appear in the item view.
Important:
During installation, you'll need to select the boards where the integration should be active. You can always update these settings later by going to your installed apps section.
How to use the Clustdoc Plugin
Here’s the list of actions you can perform using this integration.
Create an application:
You can invite new clients or contacts to complete your onboarding checklist directly from your monday.com account using only their email. This allows you to assign an application without leaving monday.com.
Here’s how to create an application:
Open your board to display the side panel.
On first use, choose a client from the suggested list.
Select the client’s email address.
Click on “Create an application”
Fill in the client information and choose a process.
Click "Create Application" to create a new application.
View contact applications:
If a contact is involved in several processes, you will visualize a list of his applications. It will give you a clear idea of your contact’s current status.
To see the list of applications :
Select a client to open the side panel
Select the client’s email address.
Click on “View applications”
Each application in the list will typically display information such as:
Application process : The name of the process
Application Status: The current status of the application (not started, in progress, closed)
Progress: The current stage of the application (if custom stages were defined by your admin)
Last update: Date of the last action taken on the application.
View client access:
You can get access to a preview of your client checklist to see what steps he has completed.
To view client access :
Go to the list of applications
Tap the three small dots on the chosen application
Select “View client access”
A new page opens showing you the end-user view of the application.
Close/Delete an application:
You can close an application once you’ve approved all your contact’s items. Or you can permanently remove it from the list by deleting it.
To close / To delete an application :
Go to the list of applications
Tap the three small dots on the chosen application
Select the required action (close or delete)
