In text fields intended for your clients (emails, notifications, personalized messages, etc.), Clustdoc includes an AI-powered content generation feature.
You can :
Write a message from scratch
Improve an existing text
Where can you find this feature?
In text fields (for example, the Email content field within an automation), an AI icon appears in the top-left corner of the field.
Click on it to access the available options.
Option 1: Write your message from a prompt
Click the AI icon and select “Write your message”.
Enter an instruction (e.g., “Write a professional email requesting missing documents”)
The AI automatically generates a complete message
Edit it if needed before sending
Option 2: Improve an existing text
If you have already written a message, select one of the following options to have the AI automatically refine your text :
Simplify the language → makes the message clearer and easier to understand
Rephrase → improves the wording without changing the meaning
Shorten the text → provides a more concise version
Make it longer → adds more details and context
