Installing and using Clustdoc app on Pipedrive
Updated over 2 months ago

Welcome to our Pipedrive x Clustdoc integration page. You're a few steps away from using Clustdoc to onboard Pipedrive leads seamlessly. Let's get started.

1. Installing the Clustdoc app on Pipedrive

  1. From your Pipedrive account, go to the Pipedrive marketplace.

  2. Search for Clustdoc in the search bar.

  3. Click on the Clustdoc app in the search results.

  4. Read the permissions that the app will access to > then click on ‘Allow and install’ to proceed the installation.

  5. Log in to your Clustdoc account to establish the connection between Clustdoc and Pipedrive.

2. Inviting a contact to start your onboarding process

You can easily create a client application for a new contact in Pipedrive by following these steps:

  1. From your Pipedrive account, go to the contacts section and select one of your contacts.

  2. Once in your contact’s profile page, you can easily locate the Clustdoc card on the left side

  3. Click on the green button labeled as ‘Create Application’.

  4. Your lead’s details are automatically filled in the application form > you only need to select the right onboarding process.

  5. After completing the required information, create the application. The new application will be automatically associated with the contact in Pipedrive.

2.Click on create application V2.png
3. Create application V2.png

3. Visualizing a contact’s list of applications

If the contact is completing several onboarding flows, you'll see multiple related Clustdoc applications on your Pipedrive screen (Right under your contact’s full name).

For example, we can see in the screenshot below that Olivia Lopez has 2 applications since she is involved in 2 different processes.

Each application in the list will typically display information such as:

  • Application name: The process that your contact is involved in.

  • Application owner: The person in charge of the application (probably a teammate or yourself)

  • Application Status: The current status of the application (not started, in progress, submitted etc)

  • Last update: Date of the last action taken on the application.

If you want to see one of your lead's applications in full, click directly on ‘View Application’ to access the full application from your Clustdoc admin console.
