We want to make sure we provide a high level of security to our users therefore the platform will always come with password protection.
If you want to remove the use of a password on your portals, we recommend visiting our developer's docs to create custom experiences because this option is unfortunately not available with the SaaS solution.
Why am I asked to put a password when I click on 'View client access'?
Access to the client interface is controlled by your recipients. They will have to protect their information with a password to secure their interface once they've created an application.
However, the information available on the client interface is accessible by you and your allowed teammates from the admin interface.
