Clustdoc is a professional software for collecting customer or supplier documents that you can use in your business to streamline your processes.

Nothing is more important to us than the success of your business activities.

It is therefore important that as a user, your rights and duties as a Controller (or Client) are clearly established and understood. To read these elements in full, you are invited to consult our Terms of Use of the Service.

Similarly, we recommend that you read Clustdoc's Privacy Policy, which details the different types of personal information that we collect in order to provide you with an optimal and secure service.

Within the framework of the General Data Protection Regulations, you also have the following rights, which you may exercise at any time:

The right of deletion

"The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data relating to him or her as soon as possible and the controller shall be under an obligation to erase such personal data as soon as possible. {...}" (To be read in full here)

You can request that Clustdoc stop accessing or modifying your personal data (customer profile, activity history, document requests, contacts, team members).

The right to access, correct and limit access to data

"The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to him or her are being processed and, where they are being processed, access to such personal data...}".

"The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller, as soon as possible, the rectification of inaccurate personal data relating to him or her. Having regard to the purposes of the processing operation, the data subject shall have the right to obtain the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional declaration. {...}"

"The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the restriction of the processing. {...}

(To be read in full here, here and there)

Upon simple request to our Customer Service Department, Clustdoc will be able to send you a list of the personal information collected about you in the form of a file. In general, the information we collect in the course of performing our services is detailed in our aforementioned Contracts.
You may consult them at any time and rectify them (or request them) from your Clustdoc User account.

Also, Clustdoc may, as the case may be, rectify, erase, or block data whose processing does not comply with the GDPR, in particular, due to the incomplete or inaccurate nature of the data.

In such a case, Clustdoc will also notify any third parties to whom the personal data have been communicated of any rectification or deletion of your personal data.

The right to data portability

"Data subjects shall have the right to receive personal data relating to them which they have supplied to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and shall have the right to transfer those data to another controller without interference from the controller to whom the personal data were disclosed. {...}"

(To be read in full here)

Upon request to our Customer Service, Clustdoc will provide you with an easy-to-use file (xls, xml, csv) containing all your account data (customer requests, contacts, team members).

The right of opposition

"Every natural person has the right to object on legitimate grounds to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

He shall have the right to object, free of charge, to the use of his personal data for the purposes of canvassing, in particular commercial canvassing, by the current controller or by the controller of a subsequent processing operation. {...}"
