How to create a qualification form
Updated over a month ago

How does it work?

Sometimes you need to make sure recipients send the right information for their specific situation.

Eg. You need employees to send to you an employer certificate, however, students are instead required to send a school certificate.

Qualification forms allow you to make sure the right list of steps and items is displayed based on the recipient's profile.

Step 1. Build a regular form

  1. Go to Resources>Processes

  2. Click on the Add new steps button

  3. Select Form to be filled out

  4. Name your step Eg. Please fill out this form

  5. Build your form listing all the specificities you want to capture

Eg. You need employees to send to you an employer certificate, however, students are instead required to send a school certificate.

You'll then create a qualifying question.

What is your profession?

  1. I am a student

  2. I am an employee

Step 2. Apply display rules

Important Note: This is a premium feature paid monthly: 7-day free trial, cancel anytime, activate it with a Booster or a Platinum plan.

Use the conditional display feature to match specific line items (or steps) to a question of your form. In order for your qualification form to work properly, make sure you use the Conditional Display match your line items with your predefined questions/conditions.

E.g. You'll match the employer certificate line item to "I am an employee" and the school certificate line item to "I am a student"

Optional step. Show this form first to end-users

  1. Go to Configuration>Client profiles

  2. Scroll to the bottom

  3. Select the form that needs to be shown as the very step to qualify new end-users

  4. Click on the View as end-user button at the top of your process to see the result
