Does Clustdoc offer Phone Support?
Clustdoc does not offer immediate phone support unless you have a dedicated Account manager.
Our preferred method of providing support is via the ticketing system available at the bottom right of your account or via Email.
This helps us transfer your requests to our teammates and keep track of your requests more easily. This also helps us understand more quickly the issue you're facing as you can share visuals (screenshots) to help us address any concerns you may have.
What are Clustdoc's SLAs?
We're located in France and so most of our activities occur primarily within French business hours. Our current infrastructure does not require scheduled maintenance down-times, but we reserve the right after providing 24 hours notice.
Support activities occur globally and current hours of operation are 10 AM - 6 PM Monday to Friday GMT. No official SLAs are offered, but we endeavor to respond to all queries from clients within 24 hours. (Less than 5h for 75% of client requests)
