Once you've created your Processes, you can now invite someone to complete the required steps, you'll create an application when you invite this person.
You have plenty of options when it comes to initiating a process
- Manually inviting a contact to start the process
- Inviting secondary stakeholders to join an already started process
- Bulk inviting people to start your process
- Sharing a public link for anyone to get started
- Embedding a registration page to your website
- Triggering an invitation to start the process using the API
Option 1. Inviting someone you know to start the process
When to use? When you know the recipient (eg. a client, a lead you just had a meeting with etc)
- Click on 'New application' at the top of your account
- Pick the Process you want to run
- Add the recipient's details
- Follow the steps (step 2 is optional) and confirm
- ✅ You're done!
Your recipient receives an invitation via email (which you've set up in the Process - More info here)
Option 2. Inviting a list of contacts to join a process
When to use? When you have a database of contact details you want to onboard in bulk
- Click on 'New application' at the top of your account
- Pick the Process you want to run
- Click on the multi-recipients icon and follow these steps
- ✅ You're done!
Option 3. Inviting secondary stakeholders to join an already started process (application)
When to use? When you not only have a primary stakeholder but additional people who must join the process
- Go to your live application
- Click on Stakeholders on the sidebar menu
- Add the recipient's details
- Add a quick note if needed and confirm
- ✅ You're done!
Option 4. Publishing a public access link where end-users can start the process on themselves
When to use? When you want website visitors to start the process seamlessly
- Go to the Resources>Client Portals to create a new portal access link
- Follow these steps to set your portal
- ✅ You're done!
Option 5. Embedding the portal into your web pages
When to use? When you want website visitors to start the process from your pages
- If you use an HTML website, follow these steps
- If you use a WordPress website, follow these steps
- ✅ You're done!
Option 6. Triggering an invitation to start a process from another app
When to use? When you want to have someone start your process when something happens in one of your other apps or on your website
- You can do this Zapier
- You can do this as well using our API
