Processes define the different steps and elements required as part of your onboarding.
They can include the following elements:
- Tasks to be completed
- Files/documents to be shared
- Documents to be signed
- Payments to be made
- Forms to be filled out
Here is a Process example of a Business training registration. Each new stakeholder will have to go through your defined process from their secure interface in order for you to process their information in a professional, productive way.
How to create a Process (Starting from our library)
1/ Go to Resources>Library to find our list Ready to use examples
2/Click on import to add one to your account
If the example has forms and e-contracts, these will also be imported to your account in the Resources
3/ Click on the "Edit" button en front of each line item to update your Process checklist based on your need or click on the dropdown menu â–¼ arrow to Delete and Duplicate a step.
You can also drag & drop elements if needed.
4/ Click on the "Add new steps" Blue Button to add things to be done as part of your process
5/ Head over to the Configuration & Notifications Tab on the sidebar to edit the behavior and layout of your Process and client interface
Click on 'See as a guest' at the top of the page to see how your changes will reflect for future stakeholders
How to create a Process (Starting from a blank page)

1/ Go to Resources>Processes and click on 'New Process'
2/ Name your process, Eg. Client onboarding, Student registration, Rental application
You'll land on the Process builder.
3/ Click on the "Add new steps" Blue Button to add things to be done as part of your process
