A business user or team member is a person using a paid seat in Clustdoc. Every time you give access to a user, or invite a teammate you're assigning one seat.
Based on your plan, you can add more seats to your account on a per-user basis or increase the number of available seats available in your initial plan.
Team members can be assigned a specific role and permission:
- Team owner (by default the person who opens the account)
- Administrator
- Manager
- Developer
- Super Agent
- Agent
- Operator
