An external member is a person who needs to submit applications on behalf of a group of stakeholders.
It's the middle person either working outside or inside your company who is going to be in charge of submitting the information on behalf of the actual recipients.
Whitelisting external members is very easy. You'll need to grant them access to a unique portal, using the credentials you want them to use.
Are external members paid users?
Since external members do not have a Clustdoc account, they're not paid users and therefore, not counted as such.
Example of external member
You work with Company A where your contact is the HR Manager, who needs to submit applications on behalf of a list of employees. Applications are made for specific employees but the person completing these applications is not the actual final recipient. The HR Manager would be an external member.
