ⓘ You can import a form into a process (if standard requirement) or in an live application if specific to an end-user.
Importing a form into a process
Let's see how:
- Go to Resources>Processes and select the one you need
- Click on the Add New steps blue button
- Select Form to fill out
- Name your step (Eg. Please fill out this form)
- and select an existing form from your Toolbox
- ✅ You're done!
Options available when adding a form into your process
Name: The name of the form will allow people to understand what needs to be done (Eg. Please fill out this client info sheet)
Form: This is the actual form module that you want to import from the Toolbox or create on the go
Instructions: This is a text that will show on top of the form
Tooltip: This is a text that will show when end-users mouse over the related step (being to complete a form) while on the checklist
Approval: This is about which status you want to show once the step is completed (Pending review or approved) knowing that an approved form cannot be edited by end-users anymore
Required: Whether this step is mandatory or optional
Visible to end-user: Is this a form that end-users need to fill out? Otherwise you can hide it so that only team members will be able to fill it out
Dropdown options: Select where in your checklist you want to add this form
