While building your Processes, you can add a due date to various sections.
Adding due dates is perfect for those who want to make sure that every process they launch is completed in a timely manner.
The image below shows what people will see when you add a general due date to your process.
Option 1. Setting up a process due date
💡 You can decide to block the end-user's interface once the due date is reached.
- Go to your Resources>Processes page
- Select the process you need
- From the sidebar, click on Configuration>Timeframe and Stages
- Set your due date whether as a time duration (Eg. 10 days) or as an exact date (15th of February)
Option 2. Adding a due date to a specific step in the process
- Go to your Resources>Processes page
- Select the process you need
- Click on the Edit button next to the related step of your checklist
- Set your due date whether as a time duration or as an exact date
💡 In a live application, overdue steps will have a specific icon. See below.
Option 3. Adding a due date to a specific step in a live application
- Go to your Applications page
- Select the application you need (You'll see a page similar to the above screenshot)
- Click on the Arrow dropdown menu button then on Edit next to the related step of your checklist (Next to the show files button see above)
- From the popup window, click on the + sign
- Set your due date in the Internal management tab.
