End-users can now invite additional people to join the application thanks to the Editor's access feature.
Eg. When you work with clients, you'll usually invite a Director who will need to loop in their assistant.
💡 ⚠️ Please note that the stakeholders experience has slightly evolved. Now the end-user must assign new stakeholders from the bottom of the ⓘ tab. See below.
Step 1. Create your stakeholder's role
- Create your stakeholders as usual (Eg. Primary contact is created automatically, you can create an assistant role)
- Add an Editor's access option to the Primary contact (future directors)
This will allow future primary contacts (aka directors) to be able to invite their assistants without you having to do anything.
Step 2. Run your process
- Invite your contact to start the onboarding process
A new tab will show on your stakeholder's interface where they can invite additional people under the role you've defined.
