Our online academy is covering everything you need to get started with Clustdoc. If you've already watched our essential videos, join our online Academy for free.

3- Reaching out to Customer Support  (Help, Feature Request, Bug)

Reach out to our Customer Support Agents from your account as shown below or open a ticket here.

The Customer Service is available  Monday - Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Our agents are happy to help you solve any emergency you may have, even outside opening hours when needed.

4- Chatting with someone from Clustdoc

Go to the Main Clustdoc website and start a live conversation with someone from our support team through the Chat module.

6- Requesting an audit of your process

We're happy to review your current processes for free (if requested during the first 30 days after you activate a Platinum plan). 

7 - Hiring a Clustdoc consultant (Professional Done-for-you Service)

A Clustdoc consultant can design your first process based on your unique needs and customer experience goals.  Regardless of where you are in the journey, the complexity of your operations, or how quickly you’re ready to make changes, we will partner with you to find the right approach.

8 - Requesting a custom training session for you or your team

Remote private training sessions are Clustdoc training sessions, delivered only to your company, conducted remotely/online by a live trainer.

9 - Setting up a consultation call 

Once you join Clustdoc, we'll connect you with a relationship manager to help you get started. Your Sales Rep will be available during the first 30 days to organize one free intro call or demo. For any additional calls, you may want to book a paid consultation call with us or book request an implementation service quote. 

10 - Requesting a quote for higher volumes (users, applications) or a specific custom need
