You've now created a basic process. Congrats! 🎉
Now, let's run this with someone from your target audience: a new client, partner, tenant, employee, etc.
You can do this manually or automatically, let's see how.
Personal Invite: ask someone to start your process
Public link: publish an onboarding portal on your website

Are there any other ways to launch a process?
As seen above, you can launch a process manually from your Clustdoc account, or automatically through your onboarding portal URL.
You can also leverage APIs and Integrations to trigger an application. Learn more here.
Why do I need to launch a process?
The term 'Launching a process' means that you'd run it with anyone needing to complete the actual workflow in real life.
For example, if you were in charge of onboarding new merchants, you would launch your 'merchant onboarding' process with each new vendor that you need to onboard, all based on your unique merchant onboarding process.
A launched process would then become an application.
Once I launch a process, can I still edit it?
Yes, your process is a draft version of your workflow so it is made to evolve. The more you launch it with people, the more, you'll see ways to optimize it in the future.
Do not hesitate to go back to it to update it as much as possible. The most updated version of your process will always be used with the next person who joins your process (no retroactive updates).
