You probably already came across the team to-do feature that allows you to list specific things that must be done by your team while managing clients' or partners' online records through Clustdoc.
You also have a similar feature available directly at the checklist level. But before we move forward, let's clarify what to-dos are in the world of Clustdoc.
How can you use the to-do feature?
The to-do feature allows you to list specific tasks that must be done while reviewing a contact's application or a specific item on an application checklist.
Example:
Since we offer 2 types of To-dos, you can set them up in different sections of the app. The Team todo is covered here, while we're going to focus in this tutorial on the step to-do (also called SOP).
How to attach an internal to-do to a specific step of your checklist
With the to-do feature, you can explicitly list specific tasks that must be completed by your team for a specific step listed in your onboarding checklist. So in order to set it up, head over to your process.
- Go to your process
- Scroll to the related step
- Click on the 'Edit' button, then open the 'Todo/SOP' tab
- Add your list of tasks
Checking and completing a task on your checklist steps
Once you've listed your various tasks, your team will be able to mark these tasks as completed while reviewing the submitted information.
Let's continue with the above example, we previously set up a few tasks related to the 'contract signature' step of our checklist.
Now let's see how we can complete these tasks in a live client record or application.
Frequently Asked Questions
