Clustdoc is a powerful way to receive applications from business contacts (clients, vendors, partners etc).
As a default, there is no limitations to the number of applications a single person can submit to you.
So, if you're using the system to manage repetitive requests, this could make sense. On the contrary, if you're using Clustdoc to handle a more particular business process - Clustdoc would also be a great fit - but you may want to customize your account a bit further.
Disabling duplicates on your onboarding portals
Disabling duplicates on your portals means that a specific person, will not be able to submit 2 applications for the same process using the same email.
1. Go to your Client portals page
2. Select the portal you want
3. Go to Configuration>General and set it to 'Do not allow duplicate'
The experience for someone trying to submit a new application
When someone who already submitted an application for a specific process, Clustdoc will redirect them to the login page instead to resume their application.
