Important Note: "Identity Verification" is a premium feature. Activate it with a Platinum plan.

Once you've set up Identity Verification in your Clustdoc account, you'll be ready to add this as an onboarding step. Here is how to add an identity verification item to your checklist (whether in a process or live application).

  • Click on the Add New steps blue button and select the Identity verification module

  • ⚠️ Select in the dropdown the stakeholder to be verified

  • Add instructions if any and confirm

Available options when adding a verification step to your process

Name: The actual verification step. This will allow people to understand what needs to be done (Eg. Please verify your identity)

Stakeholder: Which stakeholder's identity you want to verify

Button text: This is the Call-to-action button text visible by your end-users

Instructions: This is a text that will be displayed to end-users

Tooltip: This is a text that will show when end-users mouse over the related step while on the checklist

Approval: This allows you to decide whether or not you want this step to be marked as approved or as pending once completed

Required: Whether this verification step is mandatory or optional

Visible to end-user: Is this a step that end-users need to complete? Otherwise, you can hide it, so only your team will see it and complete it.

Dropdown options: Select where in your checklist you want to add this step

The end users experience

Now you've added an identity verification item to your list, you can now have a look at the end-user experience (the verification process itself)
