Using the Clustdoc toolbox
Saving a form, spreadsheet, or contract to the toolbox
To save existing checklist assets to the toolbox, you need to follow the steps below:
- Go to your checklist (process or application)
- Open the related step (form to fill out, document to sign, spreadsheet): From a process page, you'll click on the 'Edit' button in front of the item. From an application page, you'll click on the 'Dropdown arrow ▼' menu on the 'Show' button, then on 'Edit'
- Click on 'View/Edit item' to access the actual asset
- From the top right of the page, click on the 'Add to Toolbox' icon
Importing a form, spreadsheet, or contract from the toolbox
To import a saved asset from the toolbox, proceed like you'd normally do with adding a new step to your process, then follow these tips.
- Go to your checklist (process or application)
- Click on the 'Add new steps' blue button and select your step.
- In the dropdown menu where you can select a source, pick the related asset from the list
