Now that you better understand how the document collection and file request work with Clustdoc, you can now move on to building your needs list as part of your client onboarding workflow. Let's discover how.
- Head over to your processes page and click on the process you want
- From the checklist, click on the 'Add new steps' blue button
- Select the Files to be uploaded module (file request module)
- List your files and confirm
- Optional: Drag and drop your file upload steps where you want in your checklist

Type of files accepted (Eg. png) |
| Instructions | Section where you can add more explanation for your end-users |
| Tooltip | Quick text visible by end-users when they mouse over the requested file |
| Button text | Call-to-action button text |
| Approval | This defines which status you want to show once the file is uploaded (Pending review or approved) |
| Required | Whether this file upload is mandatory or optional |
| Visible by end-user | This allows you to either show or hide the file upload step (if hidden, this means that only team members will be able to upload it) |
