How to duplicate a process

In this article, we learned how processes work in Clustdoc. In some cases you may want to duplicate an existing process in order to launch a similar flow with someone. Keep reading to learn how to do this. 

Duplicating an existing process

1. Go to your list of processes
2. Locate the process you want to duplicate
3. Click on the 'Dropdown arrow ▼' next to "View"
4. Hit 'Duplicate'

What happens when I duplicate a process?

The overall content of your process is duplicated: Name, description, list of steps, automations etc.

However, forms, spreadsheets, and e-contracts listed in your process, if saved in your toolbox, will not be duplicated since the Toolbox is a unique source for all processes.
