Duplicating an existing process
Go to your list of processes
Locate the process you want to duplicate
Click on the 'Dropdown arrow ▼' next to "View"
Hit 'Duplicate'
What happens when I duplicate a process?
The overall content of your process is duplicated: Name, description, list of steps, automations etc.
However, forms, spreadsheets, and e-contracts listed in your process, if saved in your toolbox, will not be duplicated since the Toolbox is a unique source for all processes.
