Different notification types

In Clustdoc, there are several types of notifications:

System notifications are run by the system and sent to each user based on their personal preferences. You cannot edit the content of these notifications, but you activate or disable them from your personal profile page.

Scheduled notifications are set up in your process by one of your team members while defining your onboarding flows. They can be sent to anyone (team members, end-users, etc).

You can edit these in your Automation tab (In the process page).

Setting up system notifications

Click on your Profile picture>Set up profile>Alerts & Activity and define your notification preferences.

Once you define your preferences as described above, these notifications will be sent to you.

CC'ed contacts

The people added to the field will also receive notifications sent to you

Application completed

When a contact clicks on the 'I've finished' button

Message received

When a contact sends a message through the secure interface

File received

When a contact submits a file

Form filled

When a contact fills out and submits a form

Econtract signed

When a contact signs a contract

Spreadsheet completed

When a contact fills out a spreadsheet

Payment completed

When a contact completes a payment

Task completed

When a contact completes a form

Daily activity report

This notification is a daily summary of your account activity sent to you at the same hour.

Activate this if you want to avoid receiving no many notifications.
