How to invite your team to join your account

Important Note: This action is only available to a certain type of users: Managers or above.

Inviting teammates to join your account

  1. Add the teammate's email address in the 'Work email' field

  2. Pick a role for this person (Learn about Roles and Permissions here)

The teammate will receive an invitation to join your company account.

💡If no email has been received, please ask your colleague to check their junk folder.

Invite multiple team members via a CSV file

In the same section, you can also add several members at once. To do so :

  1. Click on the “Import from list” tab

  2. Optional : Download our CSV file template to match the required information format

  3. Upload your completed file

  4. Each member will receive an email with their temporary login credentials

Assign roles to your team members

To define each team member’s permissions, you must enter the role keys directly in the CSV file.

Below is the reference table showing the correspondence between each key and its associated role :
