Updated over a month ago

💡 A payment capture can be added as a step to your checklists (Requires a Stripe account). Whether in a process (standard requirement captured before launching your flow) or in a live application (once the flow has started with a specific end-user).

Step 1. Make sure you've connected Clustdoc to Stripe

You'll first need to connect your Clustdoc account to your Stripe account. Learn how to here

Step 2. Add a payment request to your live application

Then follow the steps below

  • Go to Applications and select the one you need

  • Click on the Add New steps blue button

  • Select Credit Card Payment

  • Name your step (Eg. Please pay the service - $98) and fill out the required fields

  • ✅ You're done!

Options available when adding a payment request into a live application

Name: The name of the payment request will allow people to understand what needs to be done (Eg. Service fees - $134)

Amount: This is the actual amount of money you need to capture

Currency: Which currency do you accept

Instructions: This is a text that will show when users will be about to pay

Tooltip: This is a text that will show when end-users mouse over the related step (being to pay) while on the checklist

Approval: This is about which status you want to show once the step is completed (Pending review or approved) knowing that a completed payment will naturally move the step to 'On going'

Required: Whether this step is mandatory or optional

Visible to end-user: Is this a payment that end-users need to complete? Otherwise you can hide it.

Dropdown options: Select where in your checklist you want to add this payment request
