How to import a Form into a live application
Updated over a month ago

💡 A form step can be added to your checklists to capture data. Whether in a process (standard requirement captured before launching your flow) or in a live application (once the flow has started with a specific end-user).

There are 2 ways of creating an online form

  1. From the Toolbox for reusable form

  2. In a Process or application for a unique form

If you choose Option 1 you'll be able to import an existing form into any of your applications.

Let's see how:

  1. Go to Applications and select the one you need

  2. Click on the Add New steps blue button

  3. Select Form to fill out

  4. Name your step and select an existing form from your Toolbox

  5. ✅ You're done!
