The contact section allows your clients to communicate with you about their applications.
You can manage this section in your process configuration.
Setup the section
From the Sidebar Menu, click on Configuration>General > Scroll to the "Setup the contact section"
2 options are available:
secure messaging: customers send messages directly and you receive them directly in your Clustdoc backoffice.
other: you can specify how your customers can contact you (telephone, support page, etc.).
In some situations, you may simply wish to disablethe Contact section of the portal. To do so, simply untick the appropriate box.
