Processing personal data in a secure, fair, and transparent way is extremely important to us at Clustdoc.
As part of this effort, we process personal data in accordance with EU Data Protection Laws including EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), ‘and the United Kingdom(UK) Data Protection Act 2018 to the extent applicable.
We also process personal data in accordance with Non-EU Data Protection Laws governing the handling of various types of personal data including the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), and Payment card industry compliance (“PCI”).
To better protect individuals’ personal data, we are providing these terms to govern Clustdoct’s and your handling of personal data (the “Data Processing Amendment” or “DPA”).
This DPA requires a signature from you if you're an EU customer of Clustdoc.
To guarantee no terms are imposed on us beyond what is reflected in our DPA and Terms of Service, we cannot agree to sign customers’ DPAs.
We are unfortunately unable to make individual changes to our DPA, as our system is used by Professionals in many countries.
If you do not agree to Clustdoc DPA, you may discontinue the use of the Clustdoc service and cancel your account.
