How to capture user consent on the online interface

As a professional, you need to make sure that you comply with regulations when it comes to data protection.

In this section, you'll be able to bring the right level of compliance within your client management processes.

Configure consents and legal notices

Consents are displayed as checkboxes on your portal and must be validated by your contacts before they can proceed.

To configure them:

  • Click on Profile picture > Settings > Data Privacy > Privacy Control

  • Add one or more consents (e.g. Terms and Conditions, privacy policy, data processing)

  • Fill in your legal notices, which will be visible to recipients on the portal

  • Save

The consents configured here will automatically be presented to users when they access your processes.

The end-user experience

By adding a link to your legal notices, you allow your stakeholders to review their rights and understand how their data is handled.

Tracking end-users consent

Within each application, you'll find an audit trail listing all actions that occurred on an application.

To access it:

  • Go to the Applications page

  • Open the relevant application

Click on More options > Activity history and visualize the Audit trail (Activity History)
