Once your control report is configured in a process, you can run it directly from an application to verify KYC/KYB information.
Access the Control Report
Open the Applications tab
Select the relevant application
In the left menu, click “Control reports”
Click on the desired report
The report page will open and display the list of all configured controls.
Run the Checks
Run all checks at once
If you want to launch all controls automatically, click “Run all” at the top of the page.
Clustdoc will then execute all automatic checks included in the report.
Run checks individually
You can also execute controls one by one. To do this, click the play icon located on the right side of the check.
The check will run and the result will appear directly in the list.
Special case: Manual Checks
Manual checks do not run automatically.
To complete them:
Click the play icon (▶) next to the manual check
A window will open
Select the result: Passed or Failed
Optionally add a comment
Click Confirm
The result will then be saved.
Understanding the results
Once the checks are executed, a status will appear for each line:
🟢 Passed → the check is compliant
🔴 Failed → the check is not compliant
You can view the detailed information of a control by clicking the magnifying glass icon located to the right of the result. A window will open showing the verification details.
In this window, you can also view the technical data by clicking “View raw payload.” This displays the raw data used for the check.
💡 Tip: If you want to save the generated results, click the “Save” button located next to “Run all.” This will store the report results within the application.
