How to troubleshoot the Cloud synchronization feature

Here is a quick troubleshooting for Google Drive.

  1. Click on your profile picture>Set up this team >App extensions

  2. Click on the red icon

to disconnect Clustdoc from Google Drive

  3. Flush your cookies

  4. Reconnect Google Drive to Clustdoc

  5. Launch the synchronization again

⚠️ One last check ⚠️

Make sure you've connected Clustdoc to your personal Drive (As a user, you only have sharing permissions for your personal drive folder). Then share your folder with teammates if needed.

Trying to connect with a Shared Drive instead will fail, since permissions for this type of Drive folders are usually centralized and managed differently from your company admin panel).

How the auto Cloud sync' feature works

💡 Alternatively, you can trigger manually Cloud sync' from the Files export tab of an application.

As soon as an application is updated (by one of your team members, by yourself or by a client: new document uploaded, new message, etc), the CLUST folder created in your Drive will be updated every hour.
