Some times, you need to display important information to the recipients before they start sending their documents.
Creating a welcome message
1. Add a description to your process
From your Process sidebar, click on Configuration > General and change your Process description (which is usually visible in the ⓘ tab of your recipients interface.
2. Mark it as a welcome message
On the same page (Configuration > General), scroll to the behavior section.
Enable the welcome message by ticking the checkbox.
Once activated the description will not become a welcome message displayed to recipients as soon as they join their portal.
