Some times, you need to display important information to the recipients before they start sending their documents.
Step 1. Add a description to your process
- From your Process sidebar, click on Configuration > General and
- change your Process description (which is usually visible in the ⓘ tab of your recipients' interface.
Step 2. Mark your description as a welcome message
- On the same page (Configuration > General), scroll to the behavior section at the bottom of the page.
- Enable the welcome message by ticking the checkbox
You can scroll back to the top of the page and click on View as end-user to see a preview of the future experience
