Clustdoc Spreadsheet basics
Updated over a month ago

In Clustdoc you have the ability to use built-in SpreadSheets to collect data from your end-users.

ⓘ A spreadsheet can be saved in your Toolbox and imported into any process or directly created in a process or Application checklist as a one-off

How is it useful?

Sometimes, you need to collect very detailed information from end-users whether it's about themselves, their situation, their company or their financial history.

You can always use our Online forms module, but if you want, you can also switch to our Spreadsheets instead.

Using spreadsheets with Clustdoc you can:

  • Collect several instances of the same sheet without doing anything

  • Collaborate with team on customer data within an application

  • Create a spreadsheet workflow

Please note that our spreadsheet module provides you with a light-weight sheet. If you need to use formulas, advanced settings, etc, we recommend using your own excel doc combined with a file upload.

How does it work?

In order to collect data from end-users (or to have your team fill in Spreadsheets from the admin interface) you'll first need to have defined a process.

Then you'll be able to add your spreadsheets in your process in order for stakeholders (end-users to fill them out)

Once your spreadsheet is completed, you'll receive a csv file.
