The Clustdoc scoring feature allows you to create rules or criteria associated with different steps or actions on each application you receive, to identify the most interesting business opportunities, qualify leads or candidates, and make the best decision.
Scoring example
Here is a dummy example of a scoring system you could build using Clustdoc as a Realtor.
List of criteria | Points if met | Actions/outcome |
The tenant already rents a flat | +10 | Good potential fit |
The tenant earns rent amount x3 |
+50 | Low risk of payment issues |
The tenant has a car | +25 | Perfect for parking rental service |
Total | 85 points = 100% |
100% scoring - Perfect match! 🎉 |
List of scoring criteria you can define
You can add scoring criteria to different elements related to your process. Here is the type of data you can use as a determining criteria for increasing the score of your applications :
- When a step of the checklist has certain specificities (equals, before, after... missing, completed or approved for example)
- When a form field has certain specificities (contains a word for example)
- When the stage of an application reaches a specific level
Defining your scoring criterias
- Go to your Resources>Processes page
- Select the process you need
- From the sidebar, click on Configuration>Scoring
- Add a scoring criteria then click on the blue confirmation button
- Mouse over your newly added criteria and click on the gear icon to set it up
On the screen below, we want the completed registration form to count for 40 points.
How does it show on an application
The scoring will dynamically be updated at the top of your applications.
You can also customize your applications dashboard view to display this information directly from the main page.
