In some situations end-users need to add additional contributors by themselves when completing an application. Eg. When you work with clients, you'll usually invite a Director who will need to loop in their assistant. Let's see how to achieve this scenario.
Step 1. Create your stakeholders and assign permissions
Create 2 stakeholders roles (Director and Assistant). Of course, the director can be the primary stakeholder.
In the configuration window of the Director, tick the 'Add secondary stakeholders' checkboox. This will allow the director to invite their assistant without you having to do anything.
Step 2. Run your process
Invite your contact to start the onboarding process as usual. This is all you have to do.
A new tab will show on your stakeholder's interface where they can invite additional people under the role you've defined.
