As an admin, you can make end-users passwords expire after a certain number of days, or set passwords to never expire. By default, passwords are set to never expire for your contacts.

• Go to your privacy security section (you must be an admin)

• Set up an expiration date

When the expiration date is reached, the contact will have to reset their password.
