Resetting your password when logged out

If you cannot log back into your Clustdoc account, from this page, click on 'Forgot your password?' to receive a reset link.

💡Your password must contain at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 number.

Make sure you use your Clustdoc user email address if you want to receive this email.

Changing your password while logged in

We encourage you to set up password policy in your department and to promote frequent password updates from your team member.

In order to update their password, team members can follow the steps below:

Once logged in, click on your Profile picture>Set up Profile>Password to update your current password.

Recovering your user email ID (as the owner of the Account)

If you can't remember your user email ID, ask anyone from your team to go to this page from their Clustdoc account and tell you which email ID you used to log in to Clustdoc. Your email will be listed there.

Recovering your user email ID (as a regular business user)

If you can't remember your user email ID, the owner of your account will be able to tell you what is your Clustdoc user email ID by checking the list of invited users on this page.
