What is an approval sequence
An approval sequence allows you to define in which order a line item must be approved and by who.
You need a required ID document to be reviewed and approved by 3 key stakeholders in a particular order. Clustdoc will allow you to get this done automatically for each new started application.
Creating an approval sequence
• Go to your processes and select the one that applies
• Click on the edit button next to the line item that needs an approval sequence
• Go to the Internal Management tab and add the list of approvers by clicking on the + sign
The approval experience
Once your application is created, each line item needing an approval sequence will require the approval of each related parties in order to be fully approved.
Also, since there is an order in terms of who need to approve the item first, other will be notified when it's ready for their approval.
