This article describes the configuration steps required to enable SSO authentication on your account.
⚠️ Prior to this, you need to contact your Sales team to get SSO activated on your account.
Step 1: Clustdoc account configuration
1) Create a team in Clustdoc using the email of the account admin. Ex: admin@mycompany.com
This account will connect using email/password the first time. After the configuration is done, this admin will be able to connect using SSO and invite other team members. Therefore the email used here should be registered in your provider account (MS Active directory, Google, etc.) or added in Step 2 - 9 below.
2) Activate white label option on the team.
The custom domain used for CNAME configuration will be used later in the configuration process. Ex: my-clustdoc.subdomain.com
Step 2: SAML provider configuration
Please follow the guide provided by your SSO solution provider to grab the required information below :
You can find more information for different providers in the articles below:

Step 3: Clustdoc configuration
Go to your team configuration section and entered the values gathered in Step 2
Enter the collected information in the client configuration.
Step 4: Go live
1) Go to https://my-clustdoc.subdomain/login. A new login option should appear.
2) Click on SSO login and use the admin email address.
Welcome to Clustdoc. You can now invite other team members and they will be able to log in using their AD account.
⚠️ Only invited or existing team members will be able to log in.
